You can't do anything. It means you created a character that is linked to Facebook or gmail.. those 2 can't be in the same city. I did that and tried to unsync that character but it don't work.. only different emails per new player can be in same city . Example if you have genocide on Gmail synced to John doe and then have say Mayhem synced to John doe 1's email.. you can have them in same city..
