What does the Family advisor do for the Faction Leader?

First question the family advisor just makes sure all players know what they are doing, makes sure raids are prepared the correct way, as in who is raiding the Market first second and so on depending on their troop size, they also just generally help players and ones that don't want to write in faction chat, maybe shy, write the family advisor to ask questions.
