Did you ever get a message saying you attacked but need 1 man to survive for a battle report? Eif that happened your underboss would return. Often players send crews to occupy a resource tile or attack but end up sending a crew to an area next to or near your intended spot and theyll just sit in an encampment until you finally recall them. Check the left side to see if you have a march out l.

Did you ever got them back? A friend of mine has the same problem, he sended out 5 enforcers to kill a kingpin and they never returned to his turf.. The game says there is one troop out but when he clicks on the icon, there is nothing to see there.. 0 0 REPORT
