Space Leaper: Cocoon features a pleasant pixel-art universe with an interesting, furry cast of characters. With a torn universe, it’s up to you to weave the cosmos back! Iridescent Array is a scheduled farming instance where you can farm various upgrade materials and gears for your characters. In our Iridescent Array guide, we will discuss this rotating, farming instance work and how you can take advantage of it.
Overview
Iridescent Array is a scheduled farming instance where you can farm various upgrade materials and gears for your characters. There are two types of Arrays: the Exclusive Array and the Gear Array. The Exclusive Array allows you to farm upgrade materials for your character’s exclusive gears while in the Gear Array, you can farm for various class-exclusive equipment pieces and their respective upgrade materials. Each Array type has three individual stages. We will discuss each type in their individual sections below.
As mentioned above, the Arrays have a rotating schedule but all of them become accessible on Sundays. To enter, you’ll need the respective Iridescent Passes; the red ticket is used in the Exclusive Array while the blue one is used on the Gear Array. These passes can be purchased from Peru’s Emporium or via the in-game shop using real money.
Each Array has bosses or enemies with special properties, as well as recommended classes to deal extra damage against them. There are 8 difficulties for each array. As the difficulty level increases, the higher combat power is required and the better rewards you can get. Adjust your team composition accordingly to secure victory!
Exclusive Array
You need the Exclusive Iridescent Pass (red SP ticket) to partake in these exercises. You can purchase them from Peru’s Emporium or via the in-game shop using real money. Here you can farm Alien Silicon, Silicon Matrix, and Superconductive Silicon that’s required to upgrade each Leaper’s unique Character Gear. The type of silicon needed to improve it to the next level will depend on the gear’s current level.
While Character Gears are exclusive to their owners, the upgrade materials are shared by characters under the same class. So for example, Peru is a Mage and her character gear is the Ancient Calculator. To further improve her calculator, she needs Silicon Matrix - Mage to improve the level to a certain level, then afterwards, Superconductive Silicon - Mage will be required to improve the calculator’s level even further. The same material is also needed by other mages like Vitty and Doranana to upgrade their respective character gears.
