After building clan defense towers...how do u modify them to attack enemies?

When you click on the clan tab, look on the left hand side under your leader and there should be an explanation of truces, allies, enemies and other info.

You need to contribute resources to clan vault. When the amount reaches 10M, you can modify 1 defense tower.

Every clan member can contribute a fixed amount of resources once a day.
