Mafia City Guide

Last Updated:

In Mafia City, you’ll be doing a lot of construction work and upgrades in order for you to get the best facilities. With each upgrade that you get, you’ll get increased power which will help you out with your turf. There are a lot of enemies that can attack you, so trying to get the highest power possible is important.

In order to have a steady schedule of upgrades, you’ll need to make sure that you have the right items. Our Resource Facilities Guide will help you learn about the different types of resources available in mafia city, so let’s check out what you can expect.

Resource Facility Types

As you have seen in our Grand Mafia Starter Guide, you’ll learn that in order to unlock all facilities in the game, you will need to reach up to Mansion Level 15. However, you should be able to get almost all of your facilities by Mansion level 10 already. Here are all the available resources that you can get in the game:

  • Counterfeiter: Used to produce Cash

  • Cargo Hub: Used to produce Cargo

  • Weaponry: Used to produce Arms

  • Smelter: Used to produce Metal

Resources can be gathered by clicking on the icons above the facilities. A circle shaped icon will fill up a bar that’s colored yellow. Once it’s full, it will stop production of the said resource. Each facility will need to be upgraded if you want to increase their capacity and production capabilities.

If your Mansion has reached level 10, you should be able to have the Counterfeiter, Cargo Hub, and Weaponry accessible. The Smelter is the only facility that will require some time to unlock since it needs Mansion level 15.

  • Counterfeiter

In Mafia City, the Counterfeiter is used to produce cash. This doesn’t refer to actual cash in real life so don’t worry. This resource is needed in a lot of things ranging from construction, contributions, and training.

Cash is important because this is a resource that is continually used based on how much crew you have hired. They have an hourly upkeep depending on their number, and they need to be paid with their “Salaries” which uses cash.

It’s important that you should manage the number of your crew. Having too much will drain your money more, and your counterfeiter might not be able to hold up with the cash production. Upgrading the Counterfeiter will help with this.

    Cargo Hub, Weaponry, and Smelter

The remaining facilities provide the other types of resources. They are all used for upgrades and construction, as well as creation of defense weapons. The hardest resource to get comes from the Smelter since this requires your mansion to reach level 15 before you can unlock it.

Unlike cash, these resources don’t have special uses such as “salaries”. But you’ll be needing them later on for upgrades in your turf especially once you reach elite level for upgrading.

Upgrading these facilities is a continuous process as well as upgrading your mansion. With each upgrade comes increased production, capacity, and power. Take note that the development plans do not push you to upgrade these facilities much, so make sure that their level matches your current mansion.

We hope that our resource facilities guide has helped. We’ll be creating more guides to go in-depth with other features of the game as well so please stay tuned to our other pages!
