How do you know what crew to send where and how many?

When sending a crew, you'll be asked to input how many crew members and which vigilante is going to be sent. If there aren't any options, your strongest crew will be sent out first. Check the world map to see the arrows coming from your turf, this will show the direction where your crew is going.
