How do you find an enemy once they have teleported away from their previous location?

There really isn't a shortcut to find his or her location after he/she teleported away. The best way to trim down the places that he/she teleported to is to see which alliance he/she belongs to. Usually, they come back to their hive after plundering other bases -- for the bonuses they will earn from their alliance supply depot.
