How do I get to do underworld gates?

Your Alliance has to build them first then you donate keys to it till it fills up then wait for the cool down and an R4 or 5 will open the gates and your rally them like a red guard. It's a timed event so you want to do a couple rallies. Usually the R4s head the rallies.
