You need to highlight all of the squares on the grid that do not have an X in them. you need to try different combination of the others as tapping them will turn on and off other squares depending on the direction of an arrow that changes each time. It's tricky but keep trying and it can be done.

This answer is the best one and I wish I would have seen this first before seeing the actual solution. I always like trying to attempt solving the puzzles first before looking up the answer. But in this puzzle which is the second recovery of the phone data, I had no idea what I was suppised to try to do.
