How to send the photo of Betty puking to Betty?

Struggled with it myself. If you've seen the photo just click on it when your in the conversation with Betty it's on the bottom of the screen

Go back to Adams phone, click on your conversation with Betty and at the bottom the photo will appear. Then click it.
