Open the Gallery on Zoey's phone and tap the eye icon on the top left, you then need to unlock the photo. The clue is in the first diary page at the bottom. Start on the to left and follow the arrows.

Clicking a block turns all the blocks towards the direction the arrow points including the box itself. If a block is turned on twice, it's off. If thrice, it's on and so on..
