How to contact Tim to help locate Amanda's phone?

I'm stuck with the towers for Amanda's location.

The game guide says to contact Tim and ask him for help but his chat is not active.

Does anyone know?

You need to make sure you have selected the correct 3 towers (it makes a green triangle), then tap on the cell tower data that is shown on the screen to save it. After this the chat with Tim should be active so you can send him the data.

Oh okay, so the chat with Tim will be active after the towers. Thank you for your answer
I can't create a green triangle. I'm positive that I tried every combination
