Apiary

What's the purpose of the Apiary in your farm? Bees are housed in your Apiary and they produce Honeycomb for you. You can purchase more Bees using money as well in order to maximize production.

Honeycomb is then considered as a product, they can be used to fulfill orders, or they can be converted to other items in your factory for Honey Caramel, Honey Gingerbread, Pancakes with Honey, etc.
