How can I change the roads and the land type of the town?

Is there a way to change the landscape, road, and pavement of your town? You can actually do this through the game's edit mode. This provides you with plenty of customization options aside from the default look of your town.

In order to access edit mode, look at the upper left corner of your screen and look for the icon with the four pointed arrows. Press it and you'll enter edit mode. The editing options for your town will be displayed on the lower left side of the screen.

Once you've pressed it, there are four icons on the lower left side. You can check the following respectively:

1. Landscape Options - Lets you change the grass to other types of land

2. Road Options - Lets you add or edit roads

3. Pavement Options - Similar to a landscape, you can add pavements as well

4. Building Toggle - Highlights all of your current buildings

Entering edit mode is a good way to make sure your town will suit your needs, you can also maximize your available space for your resources as well.
