What are Houses for in Township? Once you have more community buildings available in your town, you'll get to increase the population cap. If you check the store and see the houses available, the list of additional people you can add are displayed below the house.

Tip: As your level increases, and with more community buildings you get, the better houses you can build. It's important to increase your town's population since they'll be the ones required to get more fields, and they are needed as your town's work force.
