Facility Requests

What do residents want in your town? Occasionally, you'll find requests from residents that will appear on the left hand side of your screen. There should be a yellow exclamation mark beside them. Take note that these requests will depend on your current level, since some facilities will only unlock later on.

In this instance, you'll see that the resident talks about your residents purchasing groceries outside town. You're being informed that it's time to build your own grocery for the residents. Click the Show button in order for you to access the store and build the requested facility.

Once you have placed the requested facility, you need to wait for its construction to finish. You can just let the time pass, or use your in-game money in order to speed it up. Once you have completed the request, you'll be awarded with your in-game dollars.
