Land Expansion

How do you add more factories, facilities, and houses to your town if you ran out of space? This is where Land Expansion comes in and you'll be able to clear areas surrounding your town in order to be part of it.

If you check across your town map, you'll notice some plots of land with a Dollar Sign near it. This means that this area of land can be purchased as long as you have enough gold coins, and population in your town. Once you have the necessary requirements, click expand to begin clearing the plot of land.

For each plot of land you clear, you'll get an increased timer for the completion time. It would be good to clear parts of land that are near facilities that you'll be looking after often. Eventually, you'll be able to clear land that will can leave to further expansion possibilities. Check your current map and see up to which point your town can expand to.
