What are Community Buildings for in Township? These structures work in tandem with houses since they are required to increase your town's population cap.

Houses on the other hand, add the actual number of people available for your town. There are different community buildings such as the grocery, school, hair salon, etc. They do not provide products, but they serve as your town's capacity.

The higher level you get, the more available community buildings you can create. Take note that once a community building is finished constructing, you'll have to submit the materials that you need that's listed. Make sure to fill your trains and orders so you'll get materials.
