How can I get materials for construction?

So how do you get the materials you need when constructing new factories, facilities, etc.? There are a variety of ways that you can materials in this game. The materials you get can be nails, paint, bricks, glass, and more. Here's some of the methods of obtaining materials.

1. Unlock the train station then fulfill your orders. Once the time limit has passed for the train, you'll get materials back. The more trains you unlock, the more construction materials you'll be getting.

2. Check the in-game store for any promotional bundles that provide materials in their packs.

3. Once you're level 29, you can have the port restored and head out to sea. You can get treasure chests with exploration.

4. Get treasure chests from mines, or other towns.

5. Using your Township cash to instantly get the specific materials.

Note: There are some materials that are level locked:

Drills - Level 60

Electric Saw - Level 60

Jackhammer - Level 62
