Do I have to have all cow sheds, chicken coops and sheep sheds built before I can build the Apiary?

Do I have to have all cow sheds, chicken coops and sheep sheds built before I can build the Apiary? I am on level 35, but it is still greyed out. I have 2/3 cow and 2 of 2 chicken and 1/2 sheep sheds built currently.
