How do you get more training queue lines?

How do you get more training queue lines? When building the training centres it says it can possible add more lines, I have built as many as I can and got no lines, if I demolish and rebuild them will I get more lines?

Tienes que pagar para conseguir otra cola de entrenamiento. Cuando llegas a VIP 16 te da la opción de entrenamiento rápido y puedes entrenar tropas con un click aunque tengas una cola en curso

You have to pay to get another training queue. When you reach VIP 16, you get the option for fast training, and you can train troops with one click even if you have a queue in progress.
