How can you move the underground market? We moved location but it stayed behind far away

Tap the market, tab the - sign to and demolish
Then go to events underground market and build again

On my UI, a minus sign appears in a red circle, when you click on the UM. Clicking the minus sign asks if you want to destroy the market to rebuild it elsewhere.Guest Replied

Yeah mine keeps telling me that we are in a cop raid That should be over by now. So I don't know how to move the market now. This is the first time i've had this problem
