I was given the message recon a new city on the tasks list it says recon a new city, city unstable. I relocated city, same problem; I went to another relocation. How can I complete, fix or eliminate the task. I did automatic fix and contacted GM several times. Can anyone help?

You have to recon any players mansion, go to map, click recon, wait, complete

But if you have a 'protective shield', then doing that removes it ... So I suggest you time it to avoid that situation . I have been having the same problem for 2 days now ... And have reconned bosses, people from my own Faction ( unsuccesfully ), casinos and police stations all with no success... And now I have the answer ...
