Last Updated:

In Tears of Themis, it is your role as the rookie attorney to help out and solve cases as you unlock different mysteries in different episodes. Along the way, you’ll get to meet different characters, as well as your potential love interests. Not only do you go through the story and prepare for your trial, but you will also have to go through debates.

Debates will require you to use your cards in order to win. Your opponents get stronger as you progress through the game’s content, therefore you’ll want to get stronger by enhancing and evolving your cards. In this page, we’ll check the different types of Legal Studies that are available. One of the resources that you will need is Oracle of Justice, and this can be acquired through Operations.

What is Operational Assessment?

Operations let you play though different stages for Operational Assessment in order for you to get Oracle of Justice. The reward obtained is a material that’s used for enhancement of your cards since it provides EXP for them. Each card has a maximum level, and you will need a lot of Oracle of Justice in order to maximize them.

There are different levels of Oracle of Justice available, and they provide a set number of EXP each. As you progress through the game’s story, you’ll be able to unlock higher levels of debates available, which will in turn provide the better type of Oracle of Justice. With these items, you’ll be able to improve the enhancement levels of your cards in no time.

Similar to business consultations, there are 5 stages available for operational assessment. The higher stage level you complete, the better version of Oracle of Justice you’ll be able to acquire. If you want to unlock all stages, you will also have to complete up to Story 04-18.
