How do you get your wings back?
If you are talking about the instance when you get soaked in the rain, you'll just have to go near something that has light (or the glowing mushrooms). If you are talking about reaching Eden and losing them, you will have to finish the game and be reborn -- this way, when you start the game and re-obtained your cape, it should have the level when you gave it up on Eden and then be able to earn more by being able to reach new places in the game (given your extended reach when flying). ... + 1 More Answers
Where do I find a lost winged light?
When you've permanently lost a winged light (for instance soaking in the rain for too long even after exhausting your limit), you will lose a winged light. And though you can earn it back, it is relatively impossible to tell where it will respawn in the kingdom.
What happens after I finish the Eye of Eden?
Apart from finishing the lore of the game, you’ll pretty much be able to re-start the game with an increased flight potential -- that is if you get any ascended candles successfully upon finishing the Eye of Eden. With these ascended candles, you’ll be able to purchase permanent wing buffs -- which works similar and in compounded effect to that of your winged light.
Wing buffs are actually the 'Locked' wing icon that bars the upper tier of items in every spirit shop. Upon unlocking them using ascended candles that you’ve managed to collect from finishing the last chapter, you’ve effectively earned that pertaining wing buff. Unlike the children of light though that you tend to lose in the game (when hit by enemies or soaked in water), wing buffs are permanent.
How do I 'Complete' a constellation?
Completing a constellation takes more than just locating each of the ancestor spirits (as it is relatively impossible to miss any of them anyways). The real requirement is for you to actually purchase and exhaust everything that each of the ancestor spirits are selling. That said, to completely unlock a constellation, you’ll have to play a lot -- to collect the corresponding hearts and candles needed to purchase all the things that the ancestors have to offer.

The endgame could've been explained a bit better - I flubbed at the End because I had no idea what I was doing, and ended up very handicapped on my second playthrough.
