What to Expect in the Eye of Eden?

For the most part, you will have to look for companions to take on the Eye of Eden. You do not have to fret about it really, in reality even if you are not particularly good in playing or even navigating your character in the game, there is plenty of help to find in this chapter of the game. There are two main reasons why you’ll need to go through the Eye of Eden chapter. First reason is for the first time goers -- mainly focused on finishing the Lore and somewhat get a glimpse of the end-game. The second reason is mostly for veterans trying to get their hands on more ascended candles -- primarily to unlock more collectibles in the game. That said, a lot of veteran players here will be willing to help you, given the natural theme of the game of sharing friendship.

To summarize what you'll expect in the Eye of Eden, we've separated them in different legs.

1st Leg of the Eye of Eden (Trekking)

Follow your group as you trek up the landscape and wait until you get towards the next phase. There really isn’t much to worry about in this part of the chapter as there wouldn’t be anything much that can harm you here -- aside from not paying attention and being left behind by your party.

2nd Leg of the Eye of Eden (Battle with Krill)

This is where things get a bit harder. This time, you’ll have to deal with a Dragon like creature (called Krill) that will attack you once senses you in the proximity. Take note that being attacked by the Krill will cost you a winged light, so make sure to follow the directions of the veterans leading your party.

Nonetheless, the Krill is just one thing to worry about, what you have to focus on really is to try to avoid the rocks and strong winds being hurled at you. You'll do this by crouching behind the boulders where you can also recharge your light. Veteran players who have the “warp” ability unlocked will be a huge life saver and save you the trouble of getting attacked or losing your winged light during this part of the chapter. The ultimate goal is to reach top most part of the hill (avoiding all encounter as you can), and from there, enter a hallway that leads you to the 3rd and final leg of the chapter.

3rd Leg the Eye of Eden (Statues)

When you reach this leg, you find yourself alone in the area. Also, rocks will still continuously be hurled at you and this time, there is no place to hide or take cover to. You will gradually lose your winged lights (and your life) in this leg of the chapter, and the goal is to find as many Statues there, and light them a candle -- which in effect will also share a portion of your winged lights. When you light them a candle, this actually takes some of you own light, and gradually kills you (at the same time you're losing them from being hit by the rocks hurled at you). The more statues you share your light with, the more reward you get after completing this section of the game. You will eventually die here and don't worry because it is really supposed to happen.

Final Scene, Ascended Candle Rewards, and Unlocking of Wing Buffs

Congratulations! You’ve successfully finished the chapter and the game. When you are done with the cut scene and collecting your ascended candle rewards, you will have a chance to access all the different ancestor spirit once more, and purchase wing buffs -- unlocking a new portion in their constellation tree (formerly hidden by clouds).
