You can get 50 memory shards by recycling 4-star memories or above. You'll get the shards of the same quality (4-star memories will produce 4-star weapon memories) Fortunately, this also includes Memory Enhancers (fodder for leveling up memories). You can use these memory shards at the Recycle Shop to exchange for new memories.
