At your kingdom Hospital at the top when it shows how many men you have to heal. Once you've healed all those men it has a 0/2476879 sitting their. Is that amount I can have in there?

If you have healed them all you have 0 to heal, but the other number will be the max capacity that you can fill up with wounded.
