How do you “send to all” in emails?

Okay, from the kingdom screen (screen that shows your castle) select Alliance at the bottom of the screen, normally 3rd icon from the left. Select mail ( this everyone in your alliance). Hope this help.

Nope, that leaves the to area blank. Still need to click members then select each member. Looking for a send-all type function.
