I'm trying to trade off a dominique fragment from my farm to main account but its grayed out as if I used too many points. I haven't traded anything and I have the fragments how do I fix this? Again I have done 0/500000 in item weight.

Dominique like some other higher-end purple guards are 1000000 weight, and can only be traded off by having VIP 6+ active.
