Sometimes they appear in daily chests but the are quite rare.

You can get Red Guard Keys from the Daily Rewards. Chest 2, 4 and 6 contains one key each. If you get at least up to chest 6 on your daily reward each day you’ll get 3 red guard keys each day. If you carry a red guard key while doing a red guard rally you get a bonus chest which contains one underworld key which is important to have for the underworld gates.
