When I show to have 1000 troops and in a rally it leaves some behind why is that?

When I show to have 1000 troops and in a rally it leaves some behind why is that? What do I need to upgrade to send them all in an alliance rally?

It depends on the Hall of Glory for the one hosting the rally. The higher rank the hall the larger the rally. Individual marches need to be researched to allow for a larger march weather on your own or joining a rally

It’s because you don’t have complete march capacity. You have to upgrade you March capacity (I.e.) how many troops you are alllowed to march with. You can do that by research and rewards.
