For my guard it says I need 40 planchet fragments. How do I do that?

Hello, you will have to get 40 pieces or "fragments" of a Guard. You do this by recruiting the in Hall using gold or waiting for the free recruitment. The fastest way is to buy the fragments using Hero coins in your alliance shop. It sounds Like you are upgrading a "blue" Guard. Each Fragment costs 1500 I believe, so you are looking at 60k Coins.
