For the new Kingdom Arms Race, what does this message mean, "You can't claim when the time remaining is: 0"? I can't do any of the quests until I can clear this message. Thank you.

You have 5 attempts daily. This means you have zero attempts left unless you purchase more.

So I can only attempt 5 quests a day? I haven't left any undone. And its not letting me pay for more attempts. The first day I did pay for more attempts.
