My alliance fortress was empty and attacked by one player and it took him only two hits to destroy...

My alliance fortress was empty and attacked by one player and it took him only two hits to destroy. However when my top 5 players hit their fortress and it was also empty we did no damage. How would that be possible?

Troops need to stay inside a fortress until it is completely demolished. If it is not completed it won’t take as long to demolish it
