Proceed to one of the locked and bloodied lockers and use the newly-obtained Locker Key from Dorothy Simmons. Once you managed to open this, you may pick up the Elevator Key from inside the locker.
As soon as you have acquired the key, a cut-scene will begin transporting you to a room filled with red curtains.
