As soon as you exit, take a left and then turn right. Go straight ahead until you find a small hallway with two doors facing each other. In this area you will also find a couple of wooden planks blocking a window.

Upon seeing this, take the door on the left which will lead you to the Stairwell – West.
At the Stairwell – West, you will find a mannequin on a ladder. Right beside the ladder there will be metal stairs. Climb the metal stairs.

Upon reaching the second floor, you will notice that the door on that level is locked. Ignore this and climb the stairs once again and proceed to the third floor.
