How to stop an attacker from damaging all of your warships when being attacked ?

Send your warships out from the base. Put on carriers, send as reinforcements to ally bases (shielded ones preferred!) and any other way to get them out from the base. Just leave a weak defense carrier with strong planes and T1 ships. Make sure resource levels are below storehouse limit and you have used up your uranium.
