I can't figure out the answer to the 2nd recovery mode puzzle. The one with the 9 squares, some with x's, others blank that can have arrows.

Try to make a combination from the arrows so that the blocks are highlighted except the X blocks. The highlight only goes where the arrow is pointing at. I tried doing the top arrow, bottom left and bottom right one than tried to add the middles one as well. Hope it helped.
