If one of your villager discovers some mysterious eggs in a puddle after a storm which the game tells you they look like they may dry out without enough water you shoud be weary. If you decide to place them in the pond like one of the options suggests the pond will turn green and your villagers will not be able to use it until you have solved Puzzle 9: Antidote.
