Puzzle 10: Reservoir
More Virtual Villagers Origins 2
The tenth and final puzzle in the second chapter of Virtual Villagers Origins 2 is Reservoir and to solve it you will have to create a pipe. Check out our Puzzle 10: Reservoir guide to find out what must be done to solve the puzzle and complete the game.
To complete the puzzle you will need:
- Master Farmer
- Master Builder
- Honeycomb
- Forge Bucket
- Level 4 Research
To begin solving this puzzle you need to drop a master farmer on the soft soil that appears to the east of where the Kraken statue once stood. The master farmer will then proceed to dig out a trench. Collect about 5-10 pieces of redwood and get a master builder to construct a dam. Now take the master builder and another adult villager and drag them to the temporary dam in the stream near the apple tree and dismantle it. If you now drag the master builder to the pile of wood from the dismantled dam they will build a water wheel. If you drag the master builder again to the pile of wood he will build a second water wheel so you have one inside the reservoir and another to the right.
Once the two water wheels have been built drag the master builder to the Crafting Hut to collect forge bucket and iron to make pins. You now need to get rid of the bear so you can grab the honeycomb and take it to the crafting bench. Once you have level 4 research you will be able to take cotton from the crafting hut to the crafting bench with the honeycomb. You now need to create a water filter and take it to the reservoir.
Drop a master builder on the Crafting Hut and select 'Cement' twice. After the second time the master builder will take it to the oil leak and repair it. Now at the Crafting hut you need to craft a forge bucket and ore and drop an adult villager on the Crafting Hut and select each of them and take them to the anvil. The master builder will then create a pipe and take it to the reservoir. This will complete the puzzle and you will be able to collect your reward of 3 Lavastones from the 'Puzzles' screen.
