How many total forge buckets do you need in the 1st chapter?

You need 3 Forge buckets. If you've found gold in the stream, you need 1 Forge bucket to fix the gold so it can be used in the Yellow statue.

2 Forge buckets will be needed, together with 2 pieces of Metal, to fix the Water wheel.
