I have had the clothing hut for a long time but have had no sign of the braids chest - what do I need..

I have had the clothing hut for a long time but have had no sign of the braids chest - what do I need to do to get this so that I can pollinate the flowers and continue this quest? It is becoming a tad frustrating.
