I have completed puzzle 11 and 2/3 of puzzle 12. To make yellow glass I need salt peter to make sulphur. My problem is that salt peter is showing up as a locked material. How do I unlock this Element?

Sulfer is made with Fertilizer and limestone not salt peter

Salt Peter is in the bottom left corner near a little white rock by where they sometimes fish
