I cannot seem to get my Villager to hold on to the tentacle on Puzzle 9, what do I do?

Go to the Stone Kraken by the wood under the tentacle. Drop 2 adults then 1 child. You have to do it fast cause they wont hold the tentacles up long!

If you ca't get the adults to trigger it try dragging a child onto the nest first.
