When I look at other towns, I see items that they have, and I don't and you can't buy them in the shop. How do I get them?

You can produce them or buy them at the city market at level 13

City market which is unlocked at level 13. They sell good things at a inflated price. Good way to invest tcash on its boxes.

Sometimes there are prizes for mini games or things only available for a short time
