11: The Pits

With a new hero and tower unlocked, you should try utilizing both. Before heading out, make sure to purchase the Bombadier’sFragbomb and Deathpocalypse active skills since they’ll help you a lot in this map. You’ll get one Deathbeamer in the map’s bottleneck area. Place all your soldiers there, preferably with either an Engineer or Saboteur to help you keep the towers alive. The other tower placements are far off from each other so having the Engineer’s Remote Repair ability helps a lot. The Deathbeamer is a high-tier tower, making it so expensive to repair or upgrade so having it repaired for free will allow you to use your funds in purchasing more and upgrading towers. Try placing at least one shock tower near the bottleneck so you can slow down enemies and force them to group together, making it easier for your bombardier to lob explosives at them and deal splash damage. Or you can later upgrade that shock tower to a shieldemitter to protect your soldiers and other towers nearby.
