Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds is an MMOPRG where players take control of a character they chose and explore the beautiful and vibrant world as imagined by Studio Ghibli and Level 5. Powering up your character is an integral part of the game and you’ll have to regularly find ways to increase your character’s combat power in order to tackle harder and more rewarding sections of the game. In our Lucky Higgledies guide we will discuss this simple yet simple feature that can significantly improve your character’s CP.

Higgledies are the silly-looking, bipedal creatures in the world of Ni no Kuni. In the base game, they do assist in combat or exploration in one way or another but in Cross Worlds, they just help players indirectly through the use of the Lucky Higgledies system.

To put it simply, the system allows you to level up the Higgledies level by giving them Four-leaf Clovers. These clovers are consolation prizes from failed equipment awakening and enhancement attempts, obtained as prizes from Al-Khemi's Lucky Pot, failed Toy fusion/combinations, and other game content. Thanks to this, nothing is entirely wasted even if you fail your equipment or familiar improvement attempts.

Once you have enough clovers, pay the required amount of coins to increase the Higgledies’ level. This in turn, will increase your character’s CP through various stat boosts. These stat boosts are shared across all characters in the account, and the bonuses are also applied to all classes. The higher the higgledies level goes, the more four-leaf clovers are needed to level it up.

So far, there are no ways of rolling back the higgledies’ levels. There seems to be no other uses for the clovers except as upgrade material for raising the level of higgledies. You can access the Lucky Higgledies screen by tapping the main menu on the upper-right corner, then tapping the Power Up button in the lower-left, and finally, tapping the Higgledies button. Like other notifications, always check if the Power Up icon has a small red exclamation point, indicating that you probably have enough coins.

That concludes our Lucky Higgledies Guide for Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds. For more Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds content, please check our other pages in this online guide for the game.
