Grim of Legacy Level 9 Walkthrough

In Level 9 of Escape Room: Grim of Legacy you continue playing as Camilo the Archaeologist as you reach a mysterious Tree House that you have been sent to by the directions int he book. Your first task is to enter the house.

Objective - Get into the Tree House

First tap the rock on the ground to the left of the steps, here you can collect a Sharp Stone.

Now tap to view the vines hanging o the right of the tree house to see a lamp hanging there.

Use the sharp stone to cut the fine holding it and collect the Lamp. Then tap on the bright window on the right hand side to enter a different house.

First look on the table on the left. Collect the green bottle of cleaning oil.

Next view the pots and stool to the left of the fireplace. Move the pot in the front to find a Puzzle piece to collect.

Now view the shelves above the pots, you can collect a 'Wax Paper' from here.

Collect a Jug from the floor by the red chair on the right, and then look on the wall above the red chair to collect a cloth.

Go back outside and place the Jug on the flat stone on the left of the house underneath a large hanging lantern. You then need to use the sharp stone to make a hole in the lantern to let some oil out.

Collect the jug of oil now and then view the Lamp that you have in your inventory. Tap the cap on the base on the left to open it.

Use the Jug of oil on the lamp to fill it, it will then glow brightly. Collect the lamp.

Next you need to tap on the dark area at the base of the tree house to the right of the Owl, to view it.

Use the lamp here to look inside the hole and then collect another puzzle piece.

View this second puzzle piece in your inventory. It is dirty. Add the cleaning oil to it. Then tap the oil bottle to pour it onto the piece.

Next use the cloth to clean the dirt and you can collect the puzzle piece. Now go back into the house on the right and view the wax paper in your inventory. Open it and you can then collect it again.

Now view the fireplace. and use the opened wax paper on the flames to reveal a clue.

Collect the paper again and then view it in your inventory to see the clue.

Now tap to view the box on the floor under the table. This has a puzzle lock.

Box Puzzle

• Use the clue from the wax paper to set the dial positions.
• As you find the correct position for each one you will see alight on the right.

The box opens and you can collect a third Puzzle Piece.

Go back outside and tap on the owl to the right of the steps to see another puzzle.

Owl Puzzle

• Add the 3 puzzle pieces to it to begin.
• There are 3 types of animal shapes on the pieces.
• You need to place all of the pieces onto the slots on the board.
• You need to make sure that no 2 pieces with the same animal shape on them are connected by a line.

Once done you can collect a key that the owl drops. View the green front door of the Tree house and use the key to open it. This completes the task.

Objective - Make the Leaf Greenish

Enter the Tree house

First tap the stool by the desk on the right. It will move to the left of the room. You can then tap to view the plant pot that is hanging from the ceiling on the left.

Collect the Flower pot.

Next tap to view a panel on the right wall above the desk. Then open it

Collect the Wooden Piece from inside.

Now tap on the bottom shelf on the right of the door to see some books. Collect a Book from here.

Next tap on the door and view the puzzle lock.

Door Puzzle Lock

• Add the Wooden piece to begin
• There are 4 wooden blocks with symbols on them.
• There are also 4 matching symbols on the left and right sides.
• Move the wooden blocks around by selecting them and then moving them to a blue circle or to the center turn table.
• You can tap the circle arrow to rotate the center turn table to move blocks fro one side to the other.
• Place the 4 blocks next to the matching symbols to unlock the door.
• Check the solution image below.

Open the door and move through to the next room.

First collect a box of matches from the table on the far right (by the candles). Then look on the ground by the table and move the wooden pot to collect a Mixer (spoon).

Next collect a 'Vessel' (metal pot) from the ground below the square stool, and also a bottle of purple 'Potion' from on top of the stool.

Now look on the wall just above the stool to see a small plaque with a clue.

Then tap on the bookshelf on the right wall to see a puzzle.

Book Puzzle

• Tap pairs of books that are next to each other to swap their positions.
• Each book has part of a letter on it.
• Arrange them on the 2 shelves to match the clue you have seen.

Collect from the opened panel a Dried Leaf.

Now tap on a cabinet door that is under the work bench below the window. It is the door on the left.

View the puzzle.

Cupboard door Puzzle

• You need top place all of the wooden shapes onto the board.
• Select a piece and use the arrow button to rotate it.
• They will all need to be aligned and then placed to fit.
• The piece will only fit onto the board if you have rotated it correctly.

All of the pieces will need to by rotated 5 times and them placed.

Once done the door opens and you can collect a pot of Magical Powder. Now tap on the workbench to view it.

First you need to add the book to the work bench and then open it to reveal the instructions that you need to follow.

Now follow the instructions to add the items and ingredients in the correct order.

1. Add to the small burner the Vessel and then use the matches to light it.
2. Add the Potion. This will add some to the vessel and leave the bottle on the bench.
3. Add the magical powder, this will also add some to the vessel and then leave it on the bench.
4. Add the Mixer. This will stir the liquid and leave the spoon on the table.
5. Add the Flower Pot. This will add a leaf to the liquid.
6. Tap the potion, This will add more potion.
7. Tap the Mixer. This will stir again.
8. Tap the magical powder. Adds more powder.
9. Tap the flower pot to add another leaf.
10. Tap the mixer one more time to stir it.

You can now collect the vessel.

Close the workbench view and then view the Dried leaf in your inventory. Add the vessel to it to pour the liquid on to the leaf.

The leaf turns green again. Collect the leaf to complete the task.

You now see your next destination in the book (a Fort in the forest). You have completed level 9.

Move on to level 10.
